Yes — all massage and postpartum doula sessions are mobile. Serena brings a portable table and everything needed for your visit.

Do you require a deposit for services?
A partial deposit is required at booking to secure your time slot.
What is your cancellation policy?
For massage therapy services, 24-hour notice is required for cancellation and refund on your deposit.

What is a massage therapist?
A trained professional who provides hands-on therapeutic manipulation of the body’s soft tissues to relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve overall physical function and well-being.
What massage options are available?
Each massage service is customized to your needs. Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic techniques, and stretching may be used.
Is massage safe during pregnancy?
Yes, once the first trimester is complete.
How much space is needed for the massage table?

When will the massage therapist arrive?
The therapist will arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment to allow for equipment set up.

What is a doula?
A trained, non-clinical professional who provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support through prenatal care, childbirth, the postpartum period, and bereavement.
What's included in a post-partum support package?
Our postpartum doula support includes, but is not limited to, resources, care for mother and baby, light housekeeping, and meal support during daytime.
